1. What is the currency of our products?
All prizes are in SGD.

2. What happens if i do not make my payment in time?
We will hold the item for 48hrs after the confirmation email is sent. If payment is not made within 48hrs, we will release the item to other interested buyers.

3. Am i allowed to change my goods?
No.
We ensure that all items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. Thus, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.

4. Why does my product varies from the photos shown?
Please understand that there may be a slight variation in color between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects thus there will be no exchanges allowed on the basis of color differences.

5. Are the products sold here brand new?
All items sold are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated.

6. Why i did not receive my item using non-registered mail?
We will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent loss of mail.

7. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?
For normal mails, the package will be delivered to your mailbox just like any other normal letters. In the event that the package is undelivered or lost, there will be no means to track the whereabouts of the package.

For registered mail, the post office will provide a tracking number at the point of posting and the postman will bring the package to your house. You will be required to acknowledge receipt of the package at the point of delivery. In the event that the package is not received, you can contact the post office to track the status of the delivery or request them to send the package again to your place.
 

8. Do we have meet up delivery?
No. Delivery is strictly via Normal mail (FREE) or Registered mail (S$2.50).
